Optional - Cooking Class in Florence
Your chefs for this program, are expert cooks and Italian language teachers with extensive experience. They offer an introduction to preparing traditional with the appropriate wines. Menus subject to seasonal variation. After assisting in the preparation of dishes, you can relax at a table and have dinner, enjoying your creations with the correct wines. Lessons are given at the Koinè Center in Palazzo Borghese, Florence.
